Season Rental Policies
Tune Ups Included
Normal wear and tear is expected. Bring your gear in early for a tune-up, as turnaround times increase closer to the season.
Quick belt waxing is available while you wait if the equipment is at room temperature.
Resizing Included
If your kiddo (or you) outgrow their gear or you need a different size during the season, bring it in for resizing or exchange.
Weekday visits are recommended during peak season, and ski adjustments require both skis and boots.
Lost or Stolen Gear
You are responsible for rented equipment.
If gear goes missing, report it to the resort and us immediately, then visit for a replacement; replacement charges apply until the original gear is returned.
End of Season
Return or renew your season rental after the season ends, ideally by May 15th and no later than July 15th.
We'll send reminders as the deadline approaches.

Return When Done
If you’re not renewing, return your gear by July 15th.
Otherwise, an automatic renewal at the regular price will be charged starting July 16th.
